Alexander C. Rich was born in Oakland, California and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2013. He is a 2013 graduate of Martin Luther King, Jr. School of Law at the University of California, Davis, where he became a member of the Order of the Coif, and served as an inaugural member of the California Supreme Court Clinic in 2012. Before law school, Mr. Rich worked as a newspaper reporter for The World Newspaper in Coos Bay, Oregon and The Piedmont Postin Piedmont, California. Mr. Rich joined this firm in August of 2013. Cases he has litigated on appeal include: Salazar v. Matejcek (2016) 245 Cal.App.4th634; and Millview Count WaterDistrict v. State Water Resources Control Board (2014) 229 Cal.App.4th879.Mr. Rich and his wife live in Ukiah with their son. Mr. Rich helps coach the Ukiah High School mock trial team. He is a graduate of Leadership Mendocino; he is a Willits Rotarian and serves on the Mendocino County Law Library Board of Trustees.
